Builders woo repulsed real estate agents |

Builders are holding wine and cheese parties offering big payouts to agents who can bring in buyers. Real estate agents who suffered cuts in commissions and low fees paid by builders during the height of the region's housing boom are now being wooed as never before.
They're raising commissions and bonuses and heaping on all kinds of incentives. But some agents say they're avoiding new developments sold by builders who cut their pay to the bone during the height of last summer's housing frenzy. They're still angry at what they say is poor treatment from builders.
