Philippine real estate companies are now using the Internet to sell their properties.  Websites like are targeting not only Filipinos based in the Philippines but also those outside the country.

The once foreign terrain of online advertising is capturing the eye of the real estate sector as companies steadily swarm major local websites such as online news sites like, and others where you’ll find quite a few real estate companies advertising their properties on the homepage

Online advertising is a cheaper alternative to the usual billboard ads that are used by mainstream companies.  Normally, it costs P60, 000 to P150, 000 for a monthly billboard spot but when converted to online advertising, it allows the company to reach worldwide audience when posted in major publications or even social networks.

Internet ads on high traffic websites also target a much more strategic audience compared to traditional billboards.  Venture into online advertising all boils down to what attracts people and it also hinges on the marketing message the ad carries plus the level of customer service that the company will provide to site visitors.
