Tampa Condo to Reach Historical Heights Print E-mail

The developer Amon Investments of Daytona Beach was given initial approval last Thursday by the Tampa City Council. The preliminary approval was the permission to construct a 630-foot-tall condo tower on Morgan and Washington Streets. The 51-story condo will be the tallest in the Bay area. It would top the planned Trump Tower by 37 feet.

Reports showed that as prices went up, sales still went up. In 2005, there were 2.32 million investment-property sales, up nearly 16 percent over sales in 2004.
